Returns and Refund Policy

At PokeForge Sheffield, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.


Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Rights)

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused

- In the same condition as received

- In original packaging

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Pokémon Cards – Important Information

Raw Singles

All raw Pokémon cards are sold as collectibles, and condition is described to the best of our ability.

- Minor differences in condition perception are subjective

- We do not accept returns based solely on disagreement with grading

- Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing

Graded Cards

Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.) are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of damage during shipping.


Mystery Packs & Randomised Products

Mystery packs, mystery boxes, and any randomised products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

- Contents are random

- No specific card is guaranteed unless stated

- No refunds will be issued once opened or delivered


Sealed Products

Sealed products (packs, boxes, tins, etc.) may only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

Opened sealed products are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

- Damaged

- Incorrect

- Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue via replacement or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- We recommend using a tracked service for returns

- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

- Mystery packs / randomised products

- Opened sealed products

- Graded cards

- Items marked “Final Sale”
