Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

UK Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and value.

Typical services include:

- Royal Mail Large Letter (low-value singles)

- Royal Mail Tracked 48

- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (high-value items)

International Shipping

We ship internationally.
All international orders are sent with tracking.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Packaging

All cards are shipped securely using:

- Penny sleeves

- Top loaders or semi-rigid holders

- Rigid mailers or padded envelopes

High-value cards may include additional protection.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with the carrier investigation where possible.
